I took my vehicle in for service and ended up getting my brakes done too since the price was right. I got a phone call that my rotors would need to be replaced as well. I wasn’t expecting the extra cost but got it done anyway. I was very pleased that my service tech Vic Dunbar called me ahead of just doing the work. I have gone to other places where they just do the work without your permission. I always go to Vic because he knows his job very well and that is refreshing. You can’t beat a kind, friendly customer service. Always a pleasure!-Tash
